Setting Up The PhotoShare Frame

Step 1:

Plug the AC Adapter into the back of the Frame and plug into an outlet. The Frame will automatically power on

Step 2:

Select your Timezone, then tap “Next”

Step 3:

Select your WiFi Network from the list

Step 4:

Enter your WiFi password & tap “Connect”

Step 5:

If prompted to update firmware, please tap “Update”. Your Frame will automatically update & will then restart

Step 6:

Follow the onscreen instructions to install the PhotoShare Frame application on your mobile device. (Note: tap “Next” on your Frame to view your Frame ID. This is required for app setup)

Installing the PhotoShare Frame App & Creating and Account

Step 1:

Sharing Photos – From App to Frames

Step 1:

Select up to 50 Photos to Share by tapping the circle in the upper right-hand corner of the thumbnail. You may also add a Message to a Photo by tapping “Add Caption”

Step 2:

Select one or more Frames to Share Photos with by tapping the circle in the upper right-hand corner of the Frame (Note: If the Frame is greyed out, it is powered down or offline and unable to receive Photos at this time)

Step 3:

Tap “Send” to Share your Photos

Step 4:

Photos will show on the selected frame automatically

Sharing Photos – From Email to Frames

Step 1:

Email address example: Johnmark.123@photoshareframe.com

Step 2:

Attach photos to your email address (Your Frame Email address can be found in ” Settings – Edit Frame”)

Sharing Photos – From Web Application to Frames

To Share Photos Stored on Your PC:

Step 1:

Visit PhotoShareFrame.com and log in with your PhotoShare Username and Password

Step 2:

Click “Add Photos” and locate the folder containing the photos you’d like to share.

Step 3:

Select the individual photos that you would like to share, select one or more frames to send photos to and then click “Send Photos”

To Share Photos from Your Facebook Page

Step 1:

Visit PhotoShareFrame.com and log in with your PhotoShare Username and Password

Step 2:

Click the Facebook icon and log in using your Facebook username and password

Step 3:

You may now browse your Facebook photo albums and select the photos you would like to share

Step 4:

Select one or more frames to send photos to and then click “Send Photos”

Sharing Photos – From Photo Apps such as Google Photos to Frames

The PhotoShare Frame and App are also compatible with virtually any photo management and sharing app, making it easier than every to find and share your favorite photos.

Using Google Photos as the example, Sharing Photos is easy.

Step 1:

Within Google Photos, scan or search your pictures to find the images you’d like to Share. Once you choose a photo, tap the Share Icon in the bottom left-hand corner. In the list of available applications to share with, you will see the PhotoShare Frame App. You may then select additional photos.

Note: each Photo Sharing application has a limit on either the number of photos or total file size that may be transferred and if the limit is exceeded, the PhotoShare Frame App will no longer be an option. Deselecting a Photo from your list should allow the PhotoShare Frame app to re-appear as a destination option

Step 2:

Tap the PhotoShare Frame App icon and then tap “Post”

Step 3:

The PhotoShare Frame App will then launch automatically, and your selected photos will be transferred from App to App

Step 4:

Select one or more Frames to Share your Photos with and Tap

Step 5:

Tap “Send”

Managing and Removing Guests from Within Your Frame

In the same way that guests must be approved by the Frame owner to send photos to each Frame, the Frame owner may revoke this permission at any time.

The full list of Users associated with each Frame can be viewed on the Frame under Settings -> manage User. Tapping on the name of the user will allow you to view all photos from that User, Delete (block) that User or Delete that User and the full set of Photos that they have sent to the Frame

Managing Frames and Friends from Within the Application

By tapping the Settings icon in the top right-hand corner of the PhotoShare Frame app you will see options to add Frames, edit Frames and Invite Friends to Share photos.

Add Frames

Step 1:

To link a Frame to your PhotoShare Frame application you will be prompted to enter a Frame ID (Note: Frame ID can be found on the Frame under Settings –> Manage User)

Step 2:

Tap “Submit”

Step 3:

Choose a name for the PhotoShare Frame that you are adding. You are now ready to Share Photos & Messages. Enjoy!

Invite Friends

You can easily invite Friends and Family members to share photos with your Frame by sending an invitation from within the PhotoShare Frame App

Step 1:

Tap the Settings icon in the top right-hand corner of the App and then tap “Invite Friend”

Step 2:

Enter your Friend’s email address and select one or more PhotoShare Frames from the list below.
Note: you may only select frames that you Own

Step 3:

Tape “Invite”. Your friend will then receive an email that provides them with your Frame ID(s) as well as detail on how to install the PhotoShare Frame App and create their own account. Once they have done so, you will receive a request on your Frame to allow them to Share photos with you

Edit Frames

By tapping Edit Frame, you will be presented with a list of all PhotoShare Frames associated with your account. By selecting a Frame you will see the Frame Name, the Frame ID and will also have the ability to Remove the Frame from your account.
