Factory Reset for Controller Light Switches
If you’re unable to pair or connect your ClicSmart light switch Controller, a factory reset might help. Here are the steps:
- Launch ClicSmart App, press the blue gear icon in the top left corner, and select your ClicSmart.
- Scroll down to DEVICE INFO, then select FACTORY RESET.
- Close all active apps on your phone.
- Restart your smartphone.
- Remove batteries from ClicSmart, then reinsert.
- Turn off Wi-Fi, turn off and then on Bluetooth.
- Launch the ClicSmart App and attempt to pair again.
